Retail Orders

  • Free standard shipping on retail orders over £50

  • Retail orders under £50 are charged £4.95 for shipping

Wholesale Orders

  • Minimum wholesale order value: £150

  • Free shipping on wholesale orders over £250

  • Wholesale orders under £250 are charged £30 for shipping

Wholesale pricing and shipping rates are only available to approved wholesale customers.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details where available.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied, and before any taxes or additional charges unless otherwise stated.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order.
